A fast-growing and thriving community

From the moment you drive over the ridge, to the moment you smooth on the SOLD sticker, The Ridge on Branyan will feel like home.

You’ll be warmly welcomed by new faces, as eager as you to watch your house slab be poured. They’ll go on to become firm friends, standing on that very foundation over a barbeque with a drink in hand.

They are your neighbours, and while the riverside suburb of Branyan increases in its desirability, the people that call it home are here to stay.

Walk your children
to school

Make extra memories each day as you walk your kids to school. You’ll really appreciate how much these small journeys mean to them… as well as the latté you grab on the way!

Branyan Road State School is located opposite the brand new childcare centre complex on Penny Lane, with soon-to-be built cafe and convenience store. You won’t need to go far when everything you need is in a 0.5km radius.

For advanced years, Shalom College is one of Bundaberg’s renowned secondary schools, easily reached in a 10 minute drive through a newly carved network of roads. You’ll reach CQU’s Bundaberg campus in even less time offering a diverse range of industry-recognised tertiary courses.

The Ridge on Branyan Boat Ramp

A water lover’s playground

The shimmering Burnett River follows Branyan Drive and on to the popular boat ramp at Sandy Hook. Much loved by fishermen, the excellent facilities are also shown off by the Ski Boat Club’s regular boating events.

The local waters are brimming with Australian bass and silver perch to name a few, and you might even spot the elusive platypus from the tinny or kayak. The area is also rich in birdlife, promising enthusiasts hours of ‘twitching’.

Enjoy a BBQ, champagne picnic or just laze away your afternoons along the grassy shoreline with family. All this and more is virtually on your doorstep, when you reside at The Ridge on Branyan.
